Please note that we require 2 full working days to process your repeat prescription. Please do not ask the reception staff to rush it through for you.
Unfortunately, prescriptions cannot be taken over the telephone.
When registering for repeat ordering, at Step 3 please remember to select where you wish to collect your prescription or to which pharmacy you would like it sent.
You can check your Repeat Order history by expanding 'Repeat History ' at the bottom of the Repeat Prescription order form.
Where there is a green tick we have processed your request.
At Step 3 you can also request a reminder to re-order
Once you have ordered here, we can arrange, with your permission, to have your prescription dispensed and delivered to your home or work. Please see the Electronic prescribing news link
